Each panettone is packaged in an elegant bag customised with the panettone brand. For example, Dolce & Gabbana panettones are presented in their original bag.
Is it possible to include a personalised greeting card with the gifts?
Of course, we offer the option of adding a personalised greeting card to each gift. We can provide the cards and write the text you specify, or you can send us your own personalised cards to include in the gift packaging.
Can I have gifts delivered directly to my employees' or customers' homes?
Yes, it is possible to arrange for gifts to be delivered directly to the recipient’s home. We also offer the option of delivering all gifts to your company premises. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method chosen.
Is it possible to schedule the delivery of gifts for a specific day?
Yes, it is possible to schedule delivery on a specific date, agreed upon based on production times. We recommend ordering panettone in advance to facilitate delivery scheduling, available from 1 November.
When is the earliest date I can receive the panettones?
The first panettones will be available from 1 November. We recommend placing orders before 11 September to guarantee the availability of the desired products. After this date, the availability of all products cannot be guaranteed.
What products are available for corporate Christmas gifts?
We offer a wide range of products, including panettone, pandoro, torroncini, chocolate trees, and personalised Christmas hampers with wine and other Sicilian artisan products from renowned brands such as Fiasconaro, Dolce & Gabbana, Bonfissuto, and others.
How to personalise corporate gifts?
You can personalise your gifts by choosing from a wide range of products and adding personalised greeting cards. We also offer the option of creating customised gift baskets.
What is the delivery time for Christmas gifts?
The delivery time depends on your specific needs and product availability. We will confirm the shipping date together.
Are there minimum order quantities for corporate gifts?
We do not impose a minimum order quantity. However, we offer discounts based on the quantity ordered: the larger the order, the greater the discount applied.
Is it possible to see a preview of the gift before final dispatch?
Currently, we do not offer the option to view or sample products in advance, but all photos and descriptions are available in our catalogue and online at www.dolcevitashop.ch.
What payment options are available?
We accept a 30% deposit upon order and the balance upon delivery. Payments can be made by bank transfer, postal order, credit card, TWINT or PayPal.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
At the time of shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel until delivery.
Is it possible to place international orders for Christmas gifts?
We accept orders from foreign companies, but deliveries are limited to Switzerland.
